Steve has over 30 years teaching the Chinese Martial Arts- Baguazhang, Hsing I, Wing Chun Kungfu; Chi Healing, Qigong,Tai Chi exercises for health, and 6 Daoist sounds for strengthening organs and more.
Steve’s class, Chi Breathwork & Movement, focuses on the importance of proper breathing to boost your health. BaguaZhang, T’ai Chi and Chi breathing works to reduce a risk of heart related issues as well as slowing the aging process. Proper breathing techniques also have been said to help to fight the effects of autoimmune diseases. This class will also include gentle movement.
